Who we are

This website is operated by Seahorse Air Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd, Colombo, Sri Lanka ("we", "us"). Questions about this notice can be sent to info@seahorseair.com.

What we collect

Details you send through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, organisation, phone number, country and message.
Basic technical information your browser sends when loading pages (such as IP address and browser type), which may be recorded in our hosting provider's server logs.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers in your browser's session storage whether you have already seen the opening animation; this never leaves your device.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email, and where the law requires it.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are downloaded. If a form-handling service is enabled, form submissions are processed by that provider on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, subject to the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka and other applicable law. Contact us at the address above.
